For over 16 years, Kirill has been advising lenders and borrowers and supporting transactions in the field of bilateral and syndicated lending, including project finance, corporate acquisitions, infrastructure projects, and debt restructuring. Kirill has experience in supporting Russian and cross-border M&A transactions and has represented the interests of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and foreclosure on pledged property.
In 2017–2022, he took an active part in drafting amendments to the legislation on syndicated lending and security management. Kirill's previous experience includes working at international law firms, at one of the largest Russian banks, and a partnership at a major Russian law firm.
