For over 16 years, Kirill has advised lenders and borrowers and supported transactions in the field of bilateral and syndicated lending, including project finance, corporate acquisitions, infrastructure projects, and debt restructuring. Kirill has experience supporting Russian and cross-border M&Atransactions and has represented creditors' interests in bankruptcy proceedings and foreclosure on pledged assets.
Between 2017 and 2022, he took an active part in drafting amendments to legislation on syndicated lending and security management. Kirill's previous experience includes working at international law firms, one of the largest Russian banks, and a partnership at a major Russian law firm.
