The Intellectual Property practice of the Sobranie Moscow Bar Association encompasses the protection of rights to the results of intellectual activity and the management of disputes in the IT and media sectors.
The Association's attorneys represent the interests of clients in cases involving the infringement of rights to trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property assets, including disputes involving major corporations and public projects. The practice includes both judicial defense and the representation of clients in proceedings before antimonopoly authorities.
The team's experience includes protecting rights to design objects and means of individualization, managing IT disputes in the context of restricted operations by foreign providers, and developing contractual models for software distribution and distribution control. Our work is focused on protecting intangible assets, preventing their unauthorized use, and minimizing business risks.
