Comprehensive defense of an insolvency officer, removed during the bankruptcy proceedings of a major regional oil company, and a self-regulatory organization in three disputes regarding the recovery of damages; the courts subsequently denied claims exceeding 150 million rubles.

Protection of client interests in a corporate conflict complicated by criminal prosecution and disputes involving bankruptcy risks. The fictitious nature of the debt was proven, a corporate takeover was prevented, and the criminal prosecution was terminated on exonerating grounds. Subsequently, bankruptcy proceedings were initiated against the opponents.

Successful defense of a shareholder and member of the board of directors of a construction company in a dispute regarding the recovery of damages caused to the company in an amount exceeding 3 billion rubles.

Successful defense of the interests of several controlling persons within the bankruptcy proceedings of a major Russian airline, including the prevention of the clients being held liable for subsidiary liability in an amount exceeding 20 billion rubles.

Protection of the interests of a majority creditor who missed the first creditors' meeting and failed to exercise the right to nominate a candidate for bankruptcy trustee. As a result of the developed strategy, the decisions of the meeting were declared invalid, the judicial act on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings was overturned, and following a repeat meeting, the trustee candidate proposed by the client was appointed.
