I, as a user of the website slf.demo.mtfy.xyz/en (hereinafter referred to as the Subject), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby provide the Operator with specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data under the following conditions.
1. Scope of Personal Data- name;
- phone number;
- email address, if additionally provided by me;
- preferred method of communication;
- brief text of the inquiry;
- date, time, page address, and form identifier;
- IP address, browser and device information, technical submission logs;
- information regarding the fact, method, date, and time of providing this consent and its version.
2. Purposes of Processing- receipt, registration, and preliminary review of the inquiry;
- feedback and clarification of the general nature of the request;
- coordination of the method and time of communication, organization of a consultation;
- performance of actions at my initiative aimed at the potential conclusion of a legal services agreement;
- confirmation of the lawfulness of processing, consideration of inquiries, and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and the Subject.
This Consent does not apply to data processing for web analytics purposes, nor to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending informational and promotional messages. The Operator obtains separate consents for the specified purposes.
3. Actions and Methods of ProcessingThe Operator is entitled to perform collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to persons acting on behalf of the Operator, blocking, deletion, and destruction. Processing may be automated, non-automated, or mixed.
Dissemination of personal data is not permitted. Decisions producing legal consequences shall not be made solely on the basis of automated processing.
4. Processing on behalf of the OperatorFor the purpose of receiving the form and its technical processing, data may be provided to JSC Tilda Publishing (TIN 9707041449, PSRN 1247700830354; 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd, 21, bldg. 1, P.O. Box 44), as well as to the Russian infrastructure partners engaged by the platform, JSC Selectel and LLC Yandex.Cloud. The application may be sent to the Operator's corporate email. The aforementioned parties process data only to the extent necessary and subject to a processing assignment as provided by law or another legal basis.
5. Term and RevocationConsent is valid from the moment it is provided until the processing purposes are achieved, but for no more than 3 years from the date of the last substantive interaction regarding the inquiry, unless a legal assistance agreement has been concluded prior to that moment or a different period is established by law or a separate document.
Consent may be withdrawn by sending a message to
info@slf.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing" or by written request to the address: 115035, Moscow, intracity territory Zamoskvorechye Municipal District, Sadovnicheskaya St., 44, bldg. 1. The withdrawal must allow for the identification of the applicant and the corresponding request.
Upon withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing based on consent and, in the absence of other legal grounds, shall delete or destroy the data within a period not exceeding 30 calendar days. The Operator is entitled to continue processing in cases expressly provided for by law.
6. Consequences of RefusalThe provision of consent is voluntary. Without it, the submission of the form is impossible, as the Operator will be unable to lawfully process the entered data. The User may contact the Operator by telephone or email as specified on the website; the procedure for data processing in such instances is determined by applicable law and the nature of the inquiry.
Electronic Consent FormConsent is granted by the user performing the following set of actions:
- independently checking a previously unchecked box next to the text "I consent to the processing of personal data";
- clicking the "Discuss the situation" button after reviewing the text of the consent;
