Evgeniya possesses over 18 years of experience in financing, debt restructuring, and distressed assets. She advises on complex financial transactions and represents the interests of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, debt recovery disputes, and foreclosure on pledged property.
Yuliya specializes in bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, and financial disputes. Her experience includes advising on transactions under Russian law, as well as representing clients in disputes related to debt recovery and pledges.
