Kirill Miller joins Legal Classic Group to lead new practice
The firm has established a Corporate and Finance practice. Attorney Kirill Miller, formerly of Better Chance, has joined as Partner and Head of the practice.
Legal Classic Group, a Moscow-based bar association, announces the establishment of its Corporate and Finance practice. Attorney Kirill Miller, who joins the firm from Better Chance law firm, has been appointed Partner and Head of the new practice area.
Kirill brings over 16 years of experience in advising on financial transactions. He counsels lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated lending, project and structured finance, capital markets, and debt restructuring, and also advises on Russian and cross-border M&A transactions and infrastructure projects.
Between 2017 and 2022, Kirill participated in drafting legislative amendments regarding syndicated lending and security management. His professional expertise has been recognized by the Pravo-300 and Kommersant rankings.
The creation of the new practice expands the firm's capacity for comprehensive business support: from transaction structuring and fundraising to managing distressed debt and protecting client interests in related disputes.
